Linguini with clams and anchovy sauce

We tell you immediately that you will not need salt, the anchovy sauce will give flavor to the dish.

Ingredients for four people:
320 gr. of long pasta; 
1 pack of 3 MARI clams of 500 grams;
  1 large spoon of anchovy sauce; 
1 clove of garlic; 
½ glass of white wine; 
1 tuft of fresh parsley; 
Black pepper and extra virgin olive oil q.b..

The preparation:

Boil plenty of (unsalted) water in a saucepan.
In a large pan, and possibly with high sides, heat a little oil to which you add a clove of garlic (cut into two halves and remove the soul that causes bad breath) and let it brown.
Remove the garlic and pour the clams in the pan, sauté for half a minute and add the white wine, pepper, cover with the lid and cook over high heat until the clams will be completely open.
Meanwhile cook the pasta and finely chop the parsley.
Filter the sauce of the clams with a strainer with a very tight mesh and pour it back into the pan.
Pour the pasta al dente into the pan, add the parsley and the anchovy sauce, and sauté for half a minute.
Serve and enjoy 3 MARI appetites.
